All prices indicated in our online store are in Euros, VAT inclusive at the legal rate, and will be valid only for the day on which they are announced, unless otherwise specified.

Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, in the case of orders that have already been processed, the amount to be paid by the customer will remain the same as on the day of the order.

 

5. Satisfaction and Return

 

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs and transaction fees are not included and only the price of the product will be refunded.

b. Correction of errors in the order

Any errors exclusively attributable to the customer in their order can only be corrected if the order has not yet been dispatched, by contacting us using the following form. C. Prices

The price of the products available online is always shown in euros (€), including VAT at the legal rate in force.

Delivery costs may be added to the price of each product, which will be added to the final price in the shopping cart.

12. Campaigns and Promotions

The promotional code will be applied automatically to the User's order and will be reflected in the total price of the final invoice, and cannot be exchanged for its value in cash.

a. Secure Payment

In order to minimize the likelihood of unauthorized access to the User's bank details, the bank card details used will be encrypted and sent to the remote electronic payment service provider, without third parties being able to access the information transmitted.

Payment by credit card is subject to verification and authorization by the issuers. If the issuer of the bank card does not authorize the respective payment, Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of orders and may refuse to enter into a contract with the User.

Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damage arising from failures or delays in electronic communications, interception or manipulation of communications or transmission of viruses.

The information used for payments is confidential and will not be used by Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design), except to carry out the necessary procedures for purchase or return.

14. Shipping costs

Delivery of orders is subject to payment by the customer of the shipping costs in force at the time of the order and taking into account the method of transport and weight of the order.

Shipping prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

In the case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, they will be subject to the payment of customs duties determined by the country of destination, the payment of which is the sole responsibility of the customer. If the order is sent back to Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) due to non-payment by the customer of the Customs Fees for which the customer is responsible, the customer will bear the cost of sending it back.

The products will be delivered by post or courier to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Services and content will be provided in a manner appropriate to their nature.

The User will be informed via e-mail of the status of their order. If the order is not delivered because the recipient is absent, the User will be notified by the transport company to pick up the order at the nearest delivery point, indicating the number of days they have to pick it up, or to reschedule the delivery.

If there is no rescheduling requested by the User, and if the carrier is unable to deliver the order to the recipient, it will be sent back to the warehouse.

Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design)will make every effort to deliver the products purchased by the customer within the stipulated period, if they are available at the time.

If there is no complaint from the User claiming that their order has not been delivered after 30 days, Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) reserves the right to dispose of the products in another way.

Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) will make every effort to deliver the products purchased by the customer within the stipulated period, if they are currently available.

Orders are only dispatched on working days, so weekends and public holidays are excluded from the estimated delivery time.

Any errors made by the User in their order or changes to it can only be made up to the time of confirmation of purchase by the User, i.e. payment.

15. Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to freely terminate the contract, with the right to reimbursement of all sums paid under the legal terms set out below, namely in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 (amended by Law no. 47/2014 of July 28), without the need to indicate the reason or the right to payment of compensation.

Except in the cases expressly indicated, the User may freely terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason by exchanging or returning the product within 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the products of the order at the destination address.

The right of withdrawal provided for in the previous paragraph must be exercised by completing the return request in the customer area, 'Returns' tab, if you are a registered customer, or via the online store's contact form, if you are an unregistered user.

The right of withdrawal will only be valid and effective if the customer returns the product(s) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which they have informed Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) of their decision to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in the preceding paragraph, in the exact original conditions in which they were sent to the address indicated by the User, and upon delivery of the return slip.

The costs of sending the returned products to the warehouse will be borne by the customer and may be refunded upon assessment by Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design).

Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design)may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned goods.

The customer does not have the right of withdrawal in contracts where the goods purchased:

i) Have been personalized (this is considered to be goods on which any specific characteristics or mentions have been placed at the customer's request).

ii) In contracts where the goods or services purchased, by their nature, cannot be returned.

In the event of termination of this contract, and after confirmation of the condition of the returned products, the User will be refunded the payments made for the items purchased, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the User in accordance with the above, Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) will reimburse the amounts paid by the User by the same means by which the User made the payment.

The right to terminate the contract shall only be effective if the products are in the same condition as when the User received them. The products must be returned accompanied by all the items that make them up (accessories, manuals, labels, packaging materials ...). Any products that are damaged, that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or that show signs of misuse beyond merely opening the packaging will not be accepted. The User must take all necessary care of the item(s) to be returned while they are in their possession. Ritmos Ambarinos Unipessoal Lda. (Carla Dreger Design) reserves the right not to accept the return of items which do not bear the respective label or which have been tampered with in relation to their original condition, which implies that they will not be refunded.
